We at C and T Counseling strive to assist the members of our community by joining them on their journey of self-improvement. Our desire and mission is for everyone that comes to us to know they are appreciated, cared for, and will not be judged regardless of the struggles they have experienced.
All of our counselors are trained and experienced in offering the services important to you. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient therapeutic and psycho-educational care in individual and group settings. Our therapists will listen. We will treat you with respect and compassion regardless of the reason you are seeking assistance.
Our focus is to assist individuals in accomplishing their goals whether that is to advance healing, grow personal awareness, gain self-acceptance, or learning self-control. We achieve this by providing a neutral space, listening to your concerns, and being there for you, not against you.
We have served metro Atlanta and surrounding counties for many years. We have made this area our home and view all of our clients as fellow community members. Our many years of experience working with domestic violence, substance abuse, anger management, depression, anxiety, and many other areas of concern, we believe, will prove invaluable to you and your loved ones.
All DUI offenders are required to attend DUI School, have a clinical evaluation, and complete any treatment recommended by the evaluator. DUI Clinical Evaluation’s are conducted by a Clinical Evaluator expressly authorized by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). The clinical evaluator is specifically skilled to deal with DUI situations, and must observe various policies, complete official paperwork, and report evaluations to the DBHDD.
A Clinical Evaluation is not the same as a typical Substance Abuse Evaluation. There are a restricted number of approved Clinical Evaluators permitted to conduct this evaluation. C and T Counseling has a registered Clinical Evaluator (CE) on staff and is a registered Treatment Provider (TP) so you know the evaluation and classes offered to you are approved and will be accepted when it comes time to pursue driver’s license reinstatement.
Undergoing a Clinical Evaluation and pursuing treatment are great steppingstones to conquering various substance abuse concerns you might have. In addition, it has the possibility of providing the court and the prosecutors with the impression that you are taking accountability for your behavior.
If you choose to attend your evaluation or treatment at another agency, please make sure they are registered with the DBHDD.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for health care items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
